Euro Stay Finder was born from frustration with algorithmic travel platforms — and a deep love of the European countryside.
It started with a family trip in 2018
It all began in 2018, when Galit and Danny Navon traveled with their three children to Špindlerův Mlýn, a beautiful village in the Czech Republic. At the time, their children were 16, 14, and 10 years old, and what started as a family trip quickly became something much more meaningful.
For an entire month, they explored the area, walked through its peaceful landscapes, discovered its charming villages, and experienced the unique rhythm of countryside life. Slowly, they fell in love with the place — the fresh air, the open spaces, the warm local atmosphere, and the simple feeling of calm that surrounded them every day.
From a quiet village to a vision
During that stay, an idea began to grow. They realized that this kind of experience should be easier for more people to discover — not through large booking platforms, endless filters, or distant intermediaries, but in a more direct, personal, and authentic way that connects travelers with real places, real hosts, and the quiet beauty of Europe.
That was the beginning of our vision: to create a platform that brings the charm, beauty, and peace of these special places closer to people around the world — a place where travelers can discover unique cottages, holiday homes, countryside stays, and holiday apartments across Europe, connect directly with property owners, and enjoy a more personal way to plan their next getaway.
